Barb Palmer has lived in the Severn River watershed most all her life. She has taught boat-handling, sailing and navigation, and has a background in environmental biology. Professionally, she practices law in Annapolis, and focuses her attention on litigation and other disputes related to land use, zoning, and other real property issues. She served on the Watershed Stewards Academy board with our current SRA President, Joe Gill, who describes her as a first-rate board member of that organization. Barb has two adult sons and resides in the Sherwood Forest community with her husband, Steve, and her golden retriever, Teak.
