Joe Gill is former Secretary of the Maryland Department of Natural Resources. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received his law degree from Georgetown University. Joe served as an Assistant Attorney General for Maryland, rising to become Principal Counsel for the Maryland DNR. He most recently led the Prince George’s County Department of the Environment as its Director.
Joe is president of Listening Hearts Ministries and past president of The Light House, Inc., a homelessness prevention center in Annapolis. He lives in Severna Park, is married with two grown children, and enjoys cycling, travel, cooking, wine, and good conversation.
