Mark Lister
Vice President
Mark Lister joined the SRA Board in 2015 and is currently serving as Vice President.
Mark served as President of SRA from 2021 – mid 2022 during which time he played a
key role in the development of the SRA Strategic Roadmap and securing several
watershed planning and restoration grants. He has lived on the Severn River since 2007
and is retired from a career of technology development for the Defense, Intelligence,
and Homeland Security communities.
