The Severn River Association will hold its annual membership meeting Sept. 3, and we will be meeting live (hopefully) at the Epping Forest Club House – with an online option, too – in the Epping Forest community on the Severn River at the mouth of Clements Creek.
This meeting will be a mix of a live meeting and online meeting via Zoom conference.
We’ll meet at 7 pm. Light refreshments, beer, wine and sandwiches will be available to purchase from the Epping Forest Bistro.
Directions: Generals Highway (Rt. 178) approximately 3/4 mile north of Bestgate Rd. and Annapolis Mall, to Epping Forest Rd., then all the way to the end of the road.
This membership meeting is normally held in June, but we had to delay things due to the Covid-19 situation and the stay-at-home requirements.
We do hope you can join us live or online for the election of our board of directors and a special presentation by State Senator Ed Reilly.
For those who do not want to attend live, we will be hosting a Zoom meeting so you can participate from your home or drop in while you’re still enjoying a bit of summer vacation.
RSVP: Info@severnriver.org and put “Meeting” in the message box. We’ll send out Zoom credentials just prior to the meeting.
